• Coordinated educational tour schedule through email and phone call communications with 45+ schools in Utah and 3 other states for in-person performances of Shakespeare programming in their schools. Built relationships with teachers and community members in the areas the tour was stopping in.

• Contract management and processing for educational tours through SUU legal team and ensuring all documentation is compiled before company members arrive and communicating what is in the contract to ensure compliance.

• Lead MFA student coordinator and collaborated with cohort in event planning, food logistics, volunteer coordination and communication, itineraries distribution, organizing, and executing the department's largest event, Shakespeare Competition, attended by over 5000 students, teachers, and chaperones and utilizes multiple buildings across campus.

• Facilitated meetings with production members and coordinated logistics of the summer production to ensure successful execution.
