One thing I will always implement in my theatre programs is interfacing and interacting with the elementary and middle schools that feed into the high school. Not only does this expose elementary school students to the theatre program that they may want to join when they get to high school but also gives the opportunity for the high school students to practice their performance and interact with smaller children.
